Recently brought a flat through Antony Martin in Sutton at Hone and the office staff were down to earth and approachable. They were always pressing to get the move done as quick as possible while feeding out information the whole time.

Amanda and Holly are the best estate agents I have ever used. They constantly updated me on viewings, liaised with the solicitors to keep things moving and arranged multiple visits to the property for the buyers for surveys etc. They are very proactive and I really recommend selling your property with them.

Christmas in New Home.
I would like to say a big thank you to all staff at Barnehurst. But Sharon was just amazing, she valued and sold my house, and pointed me to the right location for my new home -no easy feat as I had an extensive list. She worked tirelessly, over and beyond for my sale/purchase, working with the Agent on my purchase when I encountered problems to get my purchase over the line.
This was my 7th Sale/Purchase and I have never met another Agent like Sharon 5 star doesn't do her justice for her commitment to her job.
I will recommend Barnehurst branch to friends and family.

I was under the impression that selling a house was stressful, not with Anthony Martin. I considered various agents but AM gave me confidence from the outset. Great communication all through the process and courteous to a fault, I would certainly recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again

The initial valuation was way too high and meant that my property was competing with bigger and better properties. Having said that I did get a lot of viewings and when I dropped the price I received an offer quickly. Just a shame that time was wasted initially with the over valuation.
