Selling our home with Arden was the best decision we made during this whole process. From start to finish it has been an emotional rollercoaster for all involved. For various reasons our house selling and buying experience lasted well over a year and throughout the journey the team at Arden supported us every step of the way. From providing guidance and advice to just lending a listening ear we really could not have reached the finale of this journey without them. Started off slowly until we dropped the price from the initial valuation given which then triggered some interest. Service was good overall.

Great team, kept us updated all the way, Romily was the best agent to visit and value our house very respectful of the property and her experience showed, other agents we considered touched door handles etc around our home, which we found off-putting during COVID restrictions, Romily kept her distance, asked me to open all doors as I showed her round and did not even take a seat, we appreciated these precautions during these crazy times. Lara in the office who dealt with us from that point on was extremely helpful all the way pushing for things to move forward and chasing people daily, Oh, and did I mention they sold our house a day after it went on the market!! They’re just what you want from an estate agent.
