We cannot recommend Simmons & Son enough, they sold our house very quickly and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Sarah, Chloe, Amy and the whole team are fantastic.

The worst letting agency ever. They are not able to help with the serious issues like leaking. The condition of the properties which they rent are in very bad conditions.

I contacted them four times (!) and still didn't get response. They promised me to call back four times. And after a week time, property that I wanted to book was gone. Thank you for ignoring your customers. If I could give 0/5, I would give 0.
