I had a superb experience with Blundells (Crystal peaks Branch). Elysia was genuinely concerned about my housing situation and worked tirelessly to help me get a place. The team facilitated numerous viewings for me and they were always on time. They were also actively involved in ensuring we settled in fine. I would always recommend them because i hold them in high esteem. A company that cares!

Disappointing. Great service to get my property rented out at the beginning. Year 2 annual payment due and dropped off their system so have had to chase this myself even though nearly £3,000 has been taken in management fees. Was told this would be looked in to, not heard anything and emails not responded to.

Just sold my house by modern auction it's been a breeze , helped mostly by Dan Plummer and his team at Gleadless branch in sheffield, Dan told me 56 days from start to completion day and must say I was sceptical and infact it's completed in 53 days , I thought at 1st it was sales talk but it's the truth . Many thanks Dan you've been a star ????.

Called Blundells Lettings Chesterfield soon after a rental was listed, i was told that they are waiting for confirmation from vendor for viewing slots and will provide a slot once they get response. Called back after few days and was told all the slots are used. Such a shame!

Feel like it’s run and managed by a group of amoebas. No one seems to care or understand the basic premise of what their job is or what they’re supposed to be doing. My favourite example being a photo taken of a broken blind in the check in report they provided to us before we moved in. Description “broken blind”. Maybe fix the blind before we move in instead of documenting it… we have now moved out, having left the house in a better condition and having paid to have professionally cleaned. They still haven’t returned the deposit after 2 months and I have now had to raise a dispute with the deposit protection firm.

All the staff at blundells office were helpful, friendly and supportive. November was never an easy time to sell and all staff tried their best resulting in a sale before Christmas. Hayley was brilliant from the beginning in trying various ways to sell the property including open days, Katherine was kept me regular informed during the sale and Matthew was always helpful in cover when the other staff were not around.
