Property management is appalling. Lack of communication and no compassion for their tenants. I reported a WASTE WATER leak in January that has destroyed the exterior of the building and the garden and has left stagnant waste water in our garden for months and now in May i am yet to see the building be repaired, even after environmental health declaring this a hazard to public health - no sense of urgency to actually fix the repair, no compensation, not even an ounce of empathy from any of the property management team or the owners. I chase the issue and just get ignored.
Minor issues may get looked at but not worth the risk with this company.

The team at C J Hole Downend were brilliant through-out the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. We were glad to have you looking after both ends of our move. From the first contact, the taking of photographs through to the sorting out of paperwork, each member of staff we dealt with, David, Lois, Louie, Rowena and Lucy were pleasant and friendly to deal with. We'll always remember the phone call from Lois to say that she thought she had found the perfect house for us, and she had.
