At our first meeting with Christina she provided an accurate assessment of the property value. She forecast how she thought the sale would proceed and provided a value which was less than a competitor and was realistic. Christina dealt and reasoned with both sides of the differences throughout the process. All viewings were undertaken by Haybrook. Christina expedited the conclusion of the sale with her local knowledge which was an absolute god send. I think its always worth getting a few valuations but Haybrook is the one I would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help and assistance.
