Robert has been fantastic in every interaction we've had. Always very friendly, enthusiastic and happy to help. Went to a viewing with him and he has been in touch ever since to talk through and provide many different options according to what we are looking for. Saroush Prado looked after us unbelievably throughout from liaising with our vendors and their solicitors to helping and liasing with our buyers and their solicitors. I cannot put in words how incredible it was with him guiding us through a difficult and bumpy ride. He was always at the end of the phone. Just fantastic.

Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!

I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

Their knowledge of the market and research of similar properties was very accurate. We received two offers within the first few days, and another offer at full asking price within 2 weeks.
