Review 2024:
Best Estate agents in Brighton & Hove hands down. Been in Brighton renting for 11 years and can truly say they are the best by far, lovely people and quality service in lettings & sales!
Rented my last property for 3 years though King and Chasemore in Coastal place. Not had many issues but when something broke they were very pleasant and useful to work with.
Review 2021:
Excellent experience finding a place to rent through King and Chasemore Hove, staff really friendly and responsive, no time is wasted stressing.
Would recommend anyone who is looking to rent or buy to pop in or look online.

I would recommend king and chasemore without a doubt. Andy and Becky were 100% professional and guided me through it. They are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I have. I had 2 weeks to sort this out and within that time I have tenants. Chloe was super also, she sorted out my insurance for me. I know I have left my property in very safe and very caring hands. One last thing to say " well done Guys"

Customer service??????........ JUDGE FOR YOURSELF! Phoned Wednesday for a telephone house valuation. Lewis booked an appointment for the next day which came and went with no response. Telephoned to chase up which was unanswered so left a voice message. No response received. Telephoned again and spoke to Owein (?) who responded with "my bad, I've found your appointment (no apology) as soon as the valuer is back in the office he will call you. No response received!!!.... So I've gone to a competitor.
