Honestly the best Estate Agents there is. They was behind us every step of the way, providing outstanding service and advice at the drop of a hat and they really do go above and beyond for you. We have a very long and challenging purchase and sale but at every twist and turn Emma, Jordan, Abi and Laura are there to guide us through. They know the market better than all the other Estate agents in the area and know exactly how to market your property to get the right people interested. The level of service you receive from all the team far surpasses what you expect. Professional and experienced advice constantly provided through each step of your purchase and sale of your properties. They also add the friendly human element to the process. Sometimes it was like coming off the phone to a close family member or long time friend. They really do go above and beyond for their clients. We have already recommended them to friends who are looking to move.

An outstanding service from the team, especially Clair. Went above and beyond with her communication and ensured things progressed as smoothly as possible, keeping us updated throughout. Nothing was ever a problem and she liaised with solicitors brilliantly. They are such a friendly and professional team. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family. We can’t sing their praises enough!

Offered on a house at the asking price to then be told someone had offered higher, I said I didn’t want to enter a bidding war. I then rang back not even a minute later with an offer higher than the asking price to be told the owners of the property wanted to sell to the other people and paperwork had been sent across… does not add up. I then asked of another property and put an offer forward and it was a straight no…not even ‘I will put forward to the owner’. I am a first time buyer and all of this has knocked my confidence massively and feel I have been treated unfairly.
