I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!

I was renting from Parkheath for 2 years and I never dealt with an agency like this one.
I reported several issues with the flat that were never fixed. I had to wait for 6 months to have the leak in the kitchen ceiling fixed! During these 6 months whenever it rained the water was dripping off the ceiling and that clearly wasn’t a concern big enough for the agency. For other issues they did even reply to my emails, they said that they will fix some stuff but never did (thanks Reece).
Additionally when the landlord changed the agency at the end of my tenancy the new agency wasn’t informed that I’m station the flat and rented the flat to someone else (by law they were required to provide me with a two month notice). Apparently Parkheath informed them that I won’t stay in the flat which they never checked with me.
I moved out over a month ago and haven’t received my deposit yet which is apparently held by Parkheath.
