Angela and the team managed the sale of our property excellently from start to finish, providing a good pricing and marketing approach that delivered the sale price we were looking for. Had a valuation from Mr Pretty that was quite disappointing, instead of valuating our house he just suggested what he thought based on houses in the area, this can vary within half a mile, looked very uninterested and gave us no information compared to other agents. We actually sold our house for £27,000 more than Mr Pretty valuated and that was with it only being on the market for one week, just be aware if you do not live in Alvechurch not to waste your time.

I chose to use Oulsnams Rubery to help with our search for a rental property in the local area after using their independent mortgage advisor.
Lisa was an excellent source of knowledge and really helped guide and support our search.
Lisa even gave us contact details for the letting team at Oulsnam and helped me set up a further meeting with them to understand what they have to offer once the right property was found.
Everyone I have dealt with at Oulsnams has been superb - thank you for all the help and support to date.
