Awful experience. I waited 3 weeks for a house viewing. Called the office if i could do the viewing earlier but i was told that was the opening day so they cannot do viewings any earlier. Today i got a call saying that the house has already been sold whereas i was waiting 3 weeks for a viewing!

I found that the staff at the Oldham Branch were outstanding. In particular Nancy Holden provided a very professional, proactive and courteous service from start to finish!.. Many thanks her for keeping me updated regularly and always ensuring that she had a complete knowledge of the sale when called upon to answer my queries.
She & Jessica Williamson have been fantastic in maintaining consistent communication providing positive responses and reassurance throughout the process of selling my property.. as representatives of Ryder & Dutton they did a very good job.

Michaela???? Hewson & Conor and the entire team of Ryder & Dutton supported us to find the dream home. They accommodated all our needs and provided the right matches on the specified locations. As a first time buyers we had numerous questions and the whole team really provided the right solutions.
When the suitable matches found and immediately they coordinated with the land lords and arranged viewing based on our availability. When we given the offer the team had prepared the offer on same time and convinced them as well to make it happen. In my opinion if anyone need personable, helpful and communicable team simply go with Ryder & Dutton, Royton branch.

Poor communication and professionalism. We enquired about a property and were told that a soft credit check would take 2-4 days. We received no information. We rang back after 9 days of waiting to be told that it was let agreed last week and we were told nothing. Moreover, the person on the phone cut the call short before I had finished speaking.
