We had a great experience with Seymours in Horsell, especially from Charlie. He was incredibly helpful with our property search and very easy to communicate with. We ended up seeing quite a few houses and Charlie was great throughout the search.

Seymours are very professional and proactive, keeping me informed at all times. The property was marketed at the right price, the online advertising was spot on with great pictures. The property was sold very quickly and all for a very competitive fixed fee. I couldn't ask for more!

This estate agent has been exemplary in terms of the service and the people who have helped with a recent purchase in the area. Charlie, Sandra and the team have been fantastic.
During viewings, I had Charlie who provided a very professional experience and was extremely knowledgeable about the properties from its history, previous ownership, recent building/extension works and reasonings and aligning it to my values. During viewings, he also suggested different types of properties to help inform what options were available in case I missed them in my research. He has additionally spent time outside of working hours to help provide information and progress the purchase of the property. I can't state just how important he's been in making this process as easy as possible while providing a kind and caring personal touch when this is one of the biggest purchases a person can make

We have been very satisfied with the service we received from Seymours, Guildford, for the sale of our flat. We highly recommend both Sales and Lettings departments at Seymours in Godalming. They sold our house and helped enormously with finding a short term let when our house purchase was delayed. They are a friendly and highly professional team. Their communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. It has made a fairly stressful time so much easier. Many thanks to you all.
