We recently had help from Helen to rent a flat in the Leigh area. It was a really lovely and easy experience from the beginning of our interest to completion. Helen’s approach was perfect and what we liked was the speed of completion to rent our flat. This was helped by the portal they use where you can sign all contracts and docs and also the inventory. Helen was very accommodating with our request to move as quickly as possible! We definitely recommend!

During the sale of our property Gareth and his Team were extremely professional and kept us very well informed, always on hand to reassure and advise.
Our sale was quite challenging at times due to inconsistent buyers however I would not hesitate to recommend Winkworth’s Mudeford Office, a special thank you to Nick Rogers for his professional consistency through the whole process.

Ryan West at Winkworth Surbiton was a pleasure to work with in regard to a short term rental of a furnished house in Surbiton. Ryan was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never had to deal with a property manager as incompetent as Jack Newman from the Battersea branch.
Don’t be lured in by relatively cheap prices. Many of the properties (incl the one I stayed in) are in terrible conditions that you won’t see at first sight. For example, I found out that they knew about water leaks before I moved in, lots of noise from the neighbor above and mice in the flat - they knew about all of this, but never told us. I’d avoid them, there properties and especially Jack at all costs.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Justin and Winkworth Beaconsfield Estate Agents. Communication was great, I was always kept informed and able to get hold of Justin. The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help.
