From start to finish everyone was totally 'on it' to give me sound advice on pricing (thanks Anton and Luke for listening to what my priorities were), get my house photographed and marketed (thanks Luke - very impressive), liaise with my tenant for viewings in a really considerate way, then manage offers (thanks Holly). Extra praise goes to the crack pair of sales progression ladies Abby and Nicola who kept me updated every few days throughout and chivvied solicitors etc so that the sale went through in record time. It's often the sales progression part that gets stressful as it drags on but not here. I've never had a less stressful property experience - I can't recommend them highly enough. Good work :-)

15th May 2024 (19 days ago)Pleasant courteous staff. The photos were not the greatest . They vastly over valued the property and i had only four viewings in 3 months and no offers. Also i approached them after two months of very little activity, about a dual agency arrangement. I was told fairly firmly that i had a 20 week contract(too long!) and they would hold me to it. As far as i can see the bare minimum was done to market and sell my home.

Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours. If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties. Definitely recommend

25th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)We brought our house through Black and Golds. We mainly dealt with Suzi, considering she wasn’t actually our direct estate agent she couldn’t be more helpful. Communication was brilliant and detailed throughout. It was quite a long and complicated chain which was, at times, hard work. The help from Black and Golds made this process much easier. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We didn’t sell with them but the experience of buying with them would make me consider using them in the future.
