We have purchased one property through Harry Harper and lease two properties with them and everything has been smooth and effective. For me, communication is the absolute key factor with property agents, and they do really well on this front.
19th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)I have interacted with a lot of Estate/Letting Agents in Cardiff and Moginie James have been brilliant. They have been really good at responding quickly to enquiries, really helpful with lots of information and regularly check in to keep me up to date. All the properties are very well managed and they have excellent information and advice about the Residency Scheme and Tenant Liability Insurance. I was shown around by Zac in the Pontcanna office who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and really made an effort to give me as much information about the property as possible.

I was not disappointed; the sale was agreed & the suggested asking price achieved within weeks, and the sale progressed within the timescale I wanted. Any issues arising were dealt with quickly and efficiently: special mention to Olivia and Abigail for their friendly and helpful service, and for progressing the sale through to a successful conclusion. I recommend this Company with confidence!

Myself and my partner moved from outside of Cardiff, and the situation meant we could not have access to viewings or information properly. We were very lucky to have been given Georgia as our agent. She made the process simple and easy, always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. Georgia made the process as stress-free as one could of asked. Thank you so much! 14th May 2024 (6 days ago)Horrible customer service Bad communication Won't refund your deposit even if its their fault Kept delaying the process until we had to look for another property. Despite we did everything accordingly. The application form they gave us was for a residential property when we were trying to rent a commercial property. I'm not sure what it is they wanted to achieve but I'm sure we weren't treated fairly. Thank you non the less however this is been a very bad experience for us ????
