From making an offer to completion day Stephanie, Ellie and Harry were amazing, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Always responded to calls and emails and kept us fully updated through the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harris and Birt to sell or rent a property. Thank you again so much for making a stressful time less stressful.

10th May 2024 (23 days ago)Excellent service from the team all round Jennifer has been wonderful. She's explained alot about what I could expect, with Darlow's selling my house. luckily my house sold pretty quick . (The first people to come and view wanted it) "I'm so delighted". Jackie has taking over the next process from Jennifer. She's lovely lady too and there if I need to talk to her. Gail the manager I've met very nice helpful too . Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the Pontypridd branch are nice and helpful. On the occasion I have contacted them and been unable to speak to the person I needed too, they would help by e mail etc but I always have a update Darlow's Pontypridd, are very efficient from beginning to the end when selling your home.

3rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Making the decision to sell the old family home was not an easy one, but once decided and i visited Karen and Matthew in Tonteg, i knew i had made the right decision. From day 1 they both offered me the reassurances i needed throughout the process. Communication between them and myself was faultless and I. Felt completely involved in the whole process. Both Karen and Matthew handles some sensitive issues with discretion and respect, fir which i am grateful. Would highly recommend Durbins to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

1st Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

13th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

The Team, Josh and Ben managed everything for me with such professionalism and acknowledged that selling my dad’s home was emotional and a difficult process for myself and family. They were outstanding, caring and they couldn’t have done anything better. I would highly recommend this company. They are a trust pair of hands to manage your sale or purchase. I can’t thank them enough.

They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
