We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

6th May 2024 (27 days ago)I have tried to view a property with this estate agent and how they manage to sell any properties is beyond me. They took over a week for a response to my initial contact. They never arrived for the arranged viewing. No contact details out of office left when they never arrived. No explanation why they never arrived. I feel sorry for people trying to sell their home and paying thousands of pounds for their incompetence
2nd Jul 2023 (11 mo. ago)I have an extremely positive experience from NPE throughout my journey with them. From renting out my property which they have managed, to almost completing the sale process. I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.
19th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)I would not recommend this agent due to a lack of contact with any progress on my property and not any acting upon any of my recommendations or instructions. There was no service and ended my contract prior to the expiry day with no fees because of their poor service. AVOID!

24th May 2024 (9 days ago)We were extremely pleased when we met the "team". Being more than a "little" overwhelmed with all the legal terminology, they put our minds at ease straight away. Throughout the whole process they were there to help, answer any questions, and guide us through the progression of the sale They were always cheerful, supportive, positive and understanding, which meant a great deal to us. They were 'ALL' brilliant, we can't thank them enough.
16th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Communication was poor, with only one viewing in the 6 month period I was on the market with property hive. The second agent was pleasant and reassured me when I contacted her that she was promoting my property, though we saw no results over the 6 month period other than one viewing. The first had severely lacking communication skills, though I did switch agents when requested. When I first joined nobody let me know we had ‘gone live’ after me requesting we hold the property for a week for a variety of reasons. Overall I felt brushed off and that my house wasn’t important to them. I wouldn’t recommend.- 14th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service. Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

Sold newly built houses , Sold renovated properties Manage a very large property portfolio for me. (also can arrange repairs carried out at reasonable costs too)

21st Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. So don’t recommend at all…
