Highly unprofessional giving me 2 days notice via email that the property was no longer to be let and to let them know bank details to return deposit. Very dissatisfied with service led to believe the property was mine…

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Addison Townsend who stand out as one of the best in a saturated market and Stephanie in particular, for her brilliant level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

She is so completely dedicated to her clients and is totally respectful, honest, upfront, caring and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 21st May 2024 (13 days ago)Michael Stevens has been my landlord for the last 3 and half years. I can honestly say they have been the best, friendliest and positive estate agents I've dealt with. Jo and Helen are incredible at there jobs and have sorted any issues I've ever had immediately. Will be sad to leave them. Cant recommend enough :)

We have been dealing with D&S for a number of years now and have always found them to be a reliable and trusted organisation. If you are in need of a commercial property agent, I truly believe you can do no better than instructing D&S, as they have extensive expertise and experience within their field and their knowledge and understanding of the East London commercial property market is second to none! Lastly and most importantly, brilliant people who are extremely helpful, open and honest!

5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
