As a point of contact for purchase of a new build they were professional, courteous and prompt throughout. Always on hand to discuss and advise on the foibles of our sale, and how these could be addressed to ensure a successful purchase. I can honestly say nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were made to feel valued, working in partnership throughout. 1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Brilliant service for what was a difficult and prolonged purchase of a not straightforward property involving numerous party interests and difficulties with financing. Kept fully up to date on a weekly or fortnightly basis by Sue who also did lots of chasing to move the sale forward. Would not hesitate to deal with them again

They e en approached the local council in order to discover the construction type of the non standard ex coucil house I was selling. All in all a very good estate agent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them
24th May 2022 (2 years ago)After an extremely traumatic and abrasive move back to Hull from Ireland after 13 years I found a property on Poppy residential. Being in between jobs and lacking some original documentation (that was in Dublin) the staff were extremely empathetic and helpful. I can say that after building a rapport with Amy (an employee) she went well above and beyond her duties to ensure that I secured the apartment. This young lady is an asset to the company and all staff I dealt with were pleasurable. I’ve no doubt other companies would’ve turned me away and I’d be couch surfing by now. Well done to Amy and staff. Dan

I have had prompt feedback from all viewings which is really helpful as a seller. I cannot single any one individual out from the team as they have all been excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends.

Throughout the process they gave us information and explained options to us so that we could make decisions. I mostly spoke to Gemma and I really appreciated her understanding, honesty and the time she spent going through things with me. Another big positive was that both Gemma and Chris kept up to date with our situation and our buyers unlike the first agent we put our house on the market with. They also arranged more viewings. I recommend Taylors without hesitation.
28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Initial valuation was very good. House sold within 5 days of being on market. Got told by office that initial offer was good & there wasn't any other interest. Considering it was only 4 days in, I wasn't happy with that. I managed to get a little more from the buyers. Otherwise happy with service. The cost included the solicitors fees & I was told that Wigwam would do all the chasing with them. Only time will tell.

22nd May 2024 (11 days ago)Very unprofessional, we had a house viewing, and the agent didn't come and didn't tell the home owner we were going .we rang them to find out if they were coming, no answer . to the reply below my comment . You didn't send me an email or rang me, and if the seller did accept an offer on the house, tell me instead of saying to my make another viewing. So stop talking rubbish!!!
