14th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Unlike other agents, he is available out of hours and personally conducts the viewings. He achieved a higher than expected sale price and very sold quickly. Colin goes the extra mile, while looking after your interests.I would definitely recommend Amazing Results and would use them again in the future.
26th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

30th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Countrywide in Paisley were fabulous when selling my property recently. A very well-oiled machine taking all the stress, hassle and confusion away. From the initial meeting with Christopher to the viewing bookings, call-backs and negotiations handled by Megan and the team in the office, Rocha & Melissa, nothing phased them. The marketing of the property was beyond my expectations, 20 viewings generated over 4 days, 12 in the first 24 hours, and all viewings handled by Countrywide's own experienced viewings team - really couldn't ask for more! From my experience I really can't recommend Countrywide highly enough, very efficient, professional, reassuring and focused on maximising the sale opportunity. Definitely a safe pair of hands! During covid restrictions we lost our buyer (as many did), and I feared that our new home could be lost as a result.. but this lot had our place resold within 12 hrs. It's a step beyond professional, and you still get the personal care of a family business, start to finish. They care. A lot. Highly, highly recommended.

27th May 2024 (6 days ago)I was recommended Lesley at McKirdy Estate Agents, and I was glad as she made a stressful situation seem like it was the easiest thing! We had decided last minute to go a view a house which we ended up loving so we contacted Lesley who came to see us, had our house on the market and sold within the week! Lesley was always available to talk to and kept us informed about everything that was going on. We would definitely use Lesley again if we were selling.

Alex and Lyndsay were professional and efficient from the get go. For anyone who's been through the sale of a property, you'll know how stressful it can be, however, the team provided daily round up calls to keep us informed and we felt in control throughout.
