28th May 2024 (6 days ago)My house was on the market for over 6 months before I took this off the market due to personal circumstances. During the time I had it on the market I felt I had to push the agents to try various things. Communication was not always great. I was not happy with the phographs taken and had to provide a few of my own and later asked for the portal video to be added and new photos. I do not feel my property was promoted and I am not confident that it was sent out regualrly to potential buyers. I had asked for properties to b sent to myself however I only ever received one email with properties which made me think perhaps my own was not sent out. I would email but not always get a response and was constantly having to chase things up. For example when it initially went on the market I was requesting a For sale sign which took a few weeks and again had to chase for it taking down when I came off the market. I am aware that other companies ring up when there are new properties that may be of interest to potential buyers however I never had this from William H Browns. I just was not filled with confidence that they did everything they could to promote my property and when I am in a position to get my property back on the market I would definitely try a different agent.

Just a phone call with every part of the process or always just an email away with any issues or just reassurance to see how my application was getting on with letting a house. I 100% recommend using Lime Living, just a straight forward, understanding & friendly team.

We requested the house to be ready earlier than planned and she ensured that was done. She was easy to reach and listens well to our requests. I would highly recommend her and the agency for any tenants and landlords.
28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My experience was with Janine Robinson who valued my home. She was friendly, open, trustworthy and just an all round lovely person. She spent extra time with me and didn't rush the process. She answered all the questions I had and gave me real confidence in her for when the time comes to sell my property. Due to finances it doesn't look like right now but she'll certainly be my first choice when it does come around. Thank you so much Janine. All the best. I highly recommend her!
10th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Tried to arrange a viewing. Viewing only available on a certain day at a time i could not make, due to working. Didn't seem interested in trying to work with the seller to accommodate a suitable time and date i would be able to attend. Surely it would be in William H Brown's interest to work with both parties to secure a possible sale. Very poor customer service imo
2nd May 2024 (5 weeks ago)A fabulous service received from Jaspal and Leah at the local Wakefield office from the first contact to handing our keys over last Friday. Jaspal and Leah were responsive , engaging and kind. Our home sold quick and at a price we were happy to accept. Nothing was too much effort and Leah always had a positive and helpful attitude and friendly disposition. We would not hesitate recommending Martin and Co to anyone wishing to be supported professionally throughout their selling journey. Many thanks to you both we are very grateful.

19th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)I would give 0 star if I could. I am really not happy with the service provided by Karen Dawson. I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

24th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.
23rd Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Rent a flat from them and had nothing but problems. They are happy to take rent and represent a slum landlord and not fix things. Our shower doors were not safe and were not secure. The extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom and there was no window which caused mould and damp to my designer handbags and my new bed. Also caused mould and damp in the rest of the bedroom. Landlord refused to fix the extractor fan until I said we would take it further. Then Jigsaw wanted us to show others around our flat even though it wasn't our flat bringing rented. This was an issue due to my partner working nights and they said they would let themselves in. Had issues with flat above us and when I tried to follow it up I had a rude member of staff answer my call and then informed another member of staff who I was and said she's kicking off. (wasn't the case I was asking what would be done about the issue) Some members of staff have no communication skills. This is for a property at abbey wharf, Selby
3rd May 2024 (4 weeks ago)Logic lettings have been outstanding from the start to finish. I would class myself as a first time renter and was very unsure on the whole process. Millie, Kay, and Sue have been amazing in providing me all of the information on the process. I can’t believe the amount of care the team have towards me plus making my whole experience stress free and very easy to understand. My experience from start to finish has been above and beyond and would highly recommend them.
18th May 2022 (2 years ago)I was a little nervous when they asked for a deposit but it showed my good faith and was returned promptly on purchase. My experiences with this company were all excellent and I'm delighted to recommend them. They made the process very easy!
17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

We had found our future home and needed to sell ours quickly to ensure our offer would be accepted. We contacted EweMove on a Wednesday, Martin came to our house Thursday morning, the advert was live by Friday & the house had 12 viewings booked in for Bank Holiday Monday & Wednesday evening. The house was sold by the Wednesday, 7 days after initial contact. This service is unheard of and completely blew us away. Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. We were made to feel like his only client despite his busy workload & nothing was too much trouble. We will never use another estate agent and will recommend Martin & EweMove to everybody we know. We can't thank you enough Martin.

It was a smooth and stress-free process, they quickly found me high-quality tenants and their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout.
