14th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)They think it's ok to dump their signs in a communal bin area, which won't be collected by the council, and the residents have to deal with it. This is not the first time, the last sign was left dumped for months until I had to break it down and bin it. They take 5 minutes to put them up however! They also just leave their cable ties littered on the floor when removing signs (after attaching it to a road sign which is also not allowed but seems to be frequent practice) Lazy and inconsiderate to other residents and getting quite annoying.

3rd Apr 2021 (3 years ago)The staff at the Warlingham office were extremely helpful and pro- active in pursuing the sale of my property and in driving the matter through a number of issues to achieve completion. I was extremely satisfied with their professional service, courtesy and perseverance.

From the moment I contacted them to inquire about properties to completion, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident at every step of the process. Alison went above and beyond to streamline the buying process. Alison, organized necessary paperwork meticulously, and liaised effectively with all parties involved, including sellers, lawyers, and Surveyors. Alison's attention to detail and meticulous approach instilled confidence in me that I was in capable hands. She over saw the work on my fathers property in Purley and decorated it in a really tasteful way. She has been great with the tenants and is incredibly helpful and hard working. She is a massive asset to Bairstow Eves. I'm not sure why UCLan Animation has come up but this is my work sign in and I'm not sure how to get out of it!! I live in Lancashire and so it was hard for me to visit but I felt safe in Amy's capable hands. She is a good communicator.

I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. We had a lot of bumps along the way (due to both our management company and our buyer's solicitor), but Craig went above and beyond to help get us across the line. Thoroughly recommend them.

26th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Lovely hotel with a great room and comfy bed. Unfortunately the food was really unpleasant - and the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Shame as it has the potential to be a great place but sadly the restaurant is really atrocious. Eating there did ruin our evening as we spent so long waiting on every course - wouldn’t have minded enormously but the food was really terrible too when it did come. Would definitely stay in the hotel again but not go to the restaurant.

Stuart gave realistic advice about pricing, which led to an almost immediate offer, and Jenny was very persistent in dealing with various complications that arose during the sale process. Stuart and Jenny were both helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I strongly recommend Jackson-Stops.
