It all started with Marcel (and what a lovely chap he is) and he got viewings for my property in a matter of hours, Archie showed interested parties around and within a week or so I had an offer brokered by Marcel. Darren was the finisher and nudged all concerned in the most helpful way. Impressed is an understatement - the dream team came through for me and lived up to all those positive reviews that steered me to them in the first place. I don't post reviews but I feel this lot deserve the accolade. Thank you chaps u are all true gents, no spin just action! Trudy

From the moment I contacted them to inquire about properties to completion, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident at every step of the process. Alison went above and beyond to streamline the buying process. Alison, organized necessary paperwork meticulously, and liaised effectively with all parties involved, including sellers, lawyers, and Surveyors. Alison's attention to detail and meticulous approach instilled confidence in me that I was in capable hands. She over saw the work on my fathers property in Purley and decorated it in a really tasteful way. She has been great with the tenants and is incredibly helpful and hard working. She is a massive asset to Bairstow Eves. I'm not sure why UCLan Animation has come up but this is my work sign in and I'm not sure how to get out of it!! I live in Lancashire and so it was hard for me to visit but I felt safe in Amy's capable hands. She is a good communicator.

I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. Thank you very much Harvey and the team.

18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Foxtons offered market valuation for 10x flats. Dipan and his Team @ Foxtons Croydon Lettings achieved market valuation bang on despite current market fluctuations. Entire development was let within just three months. We received professional advise and Dipan guided negotiations to achieve best possible outcome for Landlord. Other agents tried to imitate and undercut - I ignored them. Recommend and will use again. Thank you!
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Never ideal trying to sell in a difficult market but Richard put us at ease when valuing and guided us through the process of listing with them - answering our questions quickly, honestly and transparently. Paul and Sophie made things super simple from the moment we got the offer until completion. They were professional, helpful and great to work with. We'd absolutely recommend them.

Really proactive, communication was excellent with a weekly update call as well as an WhatsApp chat and proved they were driven to not only sell my property but also to get the right price. Any issues were resolved punctually and communication was smooth. Dan always checked in with us to make sure we were informed, and we found APX to be very proactive at every stage. Highly recommend!
25th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.

Buying a property is super stressful, but their whole team made the process a lot smoother. And I want say a special thanks to Hayleigh, honestly the most sweet and helpful person I ever met, doesn’t matter what was the issue or question she would always be on it, she always made sure we would get all the answers, so we could know what was happening throughout the entire process. I have been in this process before, and I always had to chase people to get some answers and was not smooth at all. I definitely recommend everyone, if you want to have an amazing experience buying/selling this is the right agency for you
