5th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

Fabulous!- 11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!! The Agency is very cheap and greedy. They don't give the property in clean and maintained way and expect tenant to manage and keep it maintained. An example is attached. This is how they have handed over the garden at the time I moved-in to property. I have raised concerned before tenancy process, over the phone, Justine has agreed that the owner will do the needful before I move in. At the time of key handover, I again raised the concern. She said, she will speak with the owner and do the needful. And after a month, when I am following up about the status, the property manager Duncan is straight away rejecting it and saying it in not in there record and since I agreed with the tenancy, it is my responsibility to clean it and maintain it. The previous tenant is also working with me. They have charged £600 for carpet cleaning and mowing the garden. When I have moved in, all the kitchen cabinets, oven, bathroom floors were full of stains and marks. And garden state is quite visible in the photo attached. Then why the seven hells they have charged such a big amount from the previous tenant if they did nothing. I don't recommend this agency and ask to avoid unless you have not any other option. They can only give you pain and stress and nothing else. It was my big mistake to choose this property and agency. Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!!

17th May 2024 (2 days ago)Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Myself and my husband viewed a property to rent on the 9th March, as we're relocating from another part of the country. Ben was very professional and incredibly friendly. He answered all our questions and most importantly he let us take our time viewing as he recognised we needed that. Unfortunately although it was a lovely house, it wasn't in the right area for us. However, after such a positive experience during such a stressful time, Atkinson Stilgoe is definitely our preferred letting agency in our ongoing search for a house.

First from the viewing to securing the property and I will say they come in highly recommended. I am all excited about moving in and can’t wait to enjoy my new home.????????. They were all amazing & so knowledgeable & helpful with the sale of my property, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. From helping me with all the paper work, buyers, solicitors, reports & answering any questions always getting back to me that day. Keeping me updated on the progress of the sale. I was so impressed with their service, they are now valuing my dad’s house. Would totally recommend them Thankyou so much to Claire, Gemma, Bailey & Melissa for going above & beyond x

As a first-time buyer there were many aspects I was unfamiliar with, but David/Amelia were always on hand to provide support and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We had a last minute HMO inspection and she went above and beyond to ensure that all the works were completed prior to the inspection. The result was that we were granted a 5 year license. Their confirmation statements are as late as a teenager's curfew, and their accounts are MIA since March 2023. But fear not, they've dodged the strike-off bullet more times than a clumsy ninja. And with directors switching roles like actors in a soap opera, it's like Shakespeare meets "The Office". If you're into real estate adventures with a side of paperwork chaos, Henry's Estate Agents might just be your jam.
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)We met Jay from Maison estates at a house viewing for my parents. Jay was very professional and informative about the local area and property. We were given ample of time to view the property and Jay was happy to answer all our questions. We made an offer on the property which was accepted and Jay has continued to support us throughout the process. Jay has kept us up to date and has communicated daily to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Jay is a very professional agent and has been brilliant. We would highly recommend Maison Estates!

27th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)
6th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)What a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation
