3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Agent would not arrange even one viewing of a property because we were not SSTC nor cash buyers. They suggested we contact them once our property is sold...sure, we're going to sell our home before we even view a property which we might or might not like! Vendors aren't even being notified about potential buyers. What a joke!
12th May 2024 (7 days ago)From the start I found John payne to be very professional and have been very happy with the service they have provided, they have given me updates all the way through from the beginning and have answered all the questions that I have asked about the sale of my property, fantastic service.

Professional, helpful ,went above and beyond. 100 percent recommend this brilliant estate agent, can't thank you enough- 11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!! The Agency is very cheap and greedy. They don't give the property in clean and maintained way and expect tenant to manage and keep it maintained. An example is attached. This is how they have handed over the garden at the time I moved-in to property. I have raised concerned before tenancy process, over the phone, Justine has agreed that the owner will do the needful before I move in. At the time of key handover, I again raised the concern. She said, she will speak with the owner and do the needful. And after a month, when I am following up about the status, the property manager Duncan is straight away rejecting it and saying it in not in there record and since I agreed with the tenancy, it is my responsibility to clean it and maintain it. The previous tenant is also working with me. They have charged £600 for carpet cleaning and mowing the garden. When I have moved in, all the kitchen cabinets, oven, bathroom floors were full of stains and marks. And garden state is quite visible in the photo attached. Then why the seven hells they have charged such a big amount from the previous tenant if they did nothing. I don't recommend this agency and ask to avoid unless you have not any other option. They can only give you pain and stress and nothing else. It was my big mistake to choose this property and agency. Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!!

Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

We were first-time buyers and from the initial phone calls David was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and always willing to go the extra mile. He guided us through the process, offering support and advice which allowed the experience to be as stress free as possible. The whole team offered amazing customer service, thank you all! We also worked with David from Countrywide Mortgage Services who again offered amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. As first-time buyers we valued the time David took in providing ongoing advice and support which allowed us to make informed decisions for our mortgage. Thank you! We would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a home and mortgage.
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Myself and my husband viewed a property to rent on the 9th March, as we're relocating from another part of the country. Ben was very professional and incredibly friendly. He answered all our questions and most importantly he let us take our time viewing as he recognised we needed that. Unfortunately although it was a lovely house, it wasn't in the right area for us. However, after such a positive experience during such a stressful time, Atkinson Stilgoe is definitely our preferred letting agency in our ongoing search for a house.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

First from the viewing to securing the property and I will say they come in highly recommended. I am all excited about moving in and can’t wait to enjoy my new home.????????. 1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

We were given ample of time to view the property and Jay was happy to answer all our questions. We made an offer on the property which was accepted and Jay has continued to support us throughout the process. Jay has kept us up to date and has communicated daily to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Jay is a very professional agent and has been brilliant. We would highly recommend Maison Estates!

27th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours. If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties. Definitely recommend
