She has been easy to contact whether it be email or on the phone and has kept us updated the whole way through the process. Thanks for all the help Linda.
24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Update: Bakewell put the rental property up, room requests for a day, and then put a for sale sign up. Absolutely a bait and switch for them to get rental data for potential buyers for their own property. I'm now including a photo of the for sale sign that went up right after. We never had a chance at rental. Scam. Original: Guarantor required for rental. 4 adults, perfect credit history, decades of rental history, combined earning is 10x the monthly rent... and they want a guarantor to earn over £51,000 per year, and risk their mortgage for a rental property. We have never come across such a restrictive and clearly unnecessary process for terms of rent. Who is going to risk their home for this? Ignored via email also. No response at all.

She is diligent and communicative throughout the whole process and went the extra mile. 23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Have rented out property for nearly 10 years and recently moved property management to this office. Would not recommend to anyone. Not responsive to emails or diligent in dealing with repairs. Only interest is in adding to their bottom line and have regularly taken money off my rental statement without justification. Finance team not linked with office so can’t even establish why fees are taken.

8th May 2024 (12 days ago)I have entrusted my property with Northwood for around 6 years now and although initially I was happy with the service, policies in the business have changed and has make them less flexible especially when it comes to paying for maintenance in my property. Communication is key in any business and I feel Northwood are failing. They are quick to communicate when money is needed but not so quick to address concerns that are highlighted if it has a financial impact on them. I hope they improve soon
3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much
28th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Property was grubby when we moved in (other peoples things left in the property like clothes etc.). We were fine tenants for almost 2 years but as time went on more and more issues with the property. The issues often took very long to get any response on (apparently due to the landlord not getting back to the agency). The windows did not open and we were told only one could be fixed for the moment as it was expensive (in a one sided ventilated property). We also had a huge leak with water pouring through which needed redecorating the painter came and told us he had been told to just "patch it up" and not redecorate the huge stains properly. We gave notice and only then the suddenly emailed and asked if they completed all the works we had been asking for for months would we consider staying in the property (to which we politely declined). We also had issues with neighbors and our emails were often ignored. To top this off they tried charging us over £100 for a "professional clean" at the end of tenancy even though it was left spotless (and in a much better condition than we were handed it in) - I disputed it and suddenly the charge was removed. The lady we dealt with was rude and unprofessional (in agreement with a previous review here). Interestingly the bad reviews seem to have been deleted recently. Watch out for them - wouldn`t recommend.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.

17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

Friendly professional manner, Alex clearly knew the market with great local knowledge. Georgie kept us informed every step of the way and was always available by phone whenever needed. Sale completed in just over 2 months, at a good but fair price. Could not have asked for better.
