Staff were very responsive & answered all the questions had listed. Nothing was a problem & solved all queries & felt we were a team & always on the other side of the phone whenever needed. They will follow through & made transition very easy for us & always made sure we were happy. Great team work guys & ever so polite. Happy customer ????

4th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)We recently sold our very large family home and after asking a few agents around were impressed by the smallest, local agent, Big Move. Aaron arrived having extensive knowledge of how the market was and how much other similar homes were selling for etc. Throughout the journey, he has been professional, responsive and always kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale as soon as he had news. We were overseas for much of the time and Aaron managed all viewings, scheduled surveyors and even workmen who had to go in when we had a leak. We felt confident in handing Aaron the keys and he checked it regularly for us. Even now, after completion, Aaron is helping us with other aspects arising from the sale. We would always recommend Aaron and Big Move to all of our friends in the Hackney area.

He has been great in liaising with the landlord to help us secure our tenancy and we cannot be more grateful. Would definitely recommend.

23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.
16th May 2024 (15 days ago)Have had a pleasant stress free experience as a tenant over the past 5 years. Anytime I’ve had a query/ raised an issue it has always been addressed or tried to be resolved. Janet in particular has been of great help to me over the years and is an asset to the company!

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

17th May 2024 (14 days ago)After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.

I had a difficult experience recently buying a new house, with conveyancing glitches on the day, and multiple "surprises" regarding things that didn't work in the new house. Matian from N&B went well beyond the expected standard in liaising with the former owner, support and practical help on the day of the move, and an uncomplaining and efficient after sales service. You get much more than with the average high street estate agent with N&B, you get a professional who gets to know you as a person, cares, adapts to your needs and goes the extra mile.

She’s super understandable and acknowledges the sometimes grumpy request of customers. She’s also been super helpful for newcomers to London by giving tips on areas, offer process etc. Thanks again
