15th Dec 2023 (24 weeks ago)Bought a house at Thurcroft and honestly can’t thank 1stfield properties enough for all the hard work and dedication they’ve taken to get us moved in before Christmas, all staff are lovely and so responsive, received the keys to my first house today and I’m over the moon, Thankyou so so much. Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)First time landlord and I couldn't ask for better service from Courtney and the team at Reeds Rains. It took a lot of pressure off, knowing I was in experienced hands, and a tenant was found very quickly. Would definitely recommend.
22nd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend anyone to let through Blundells. They charged me a £500 reletting fee and did not re-let the property. I’ve tried contacting them several times but no one ever calls back. Only interested if they’re taking money from you!

28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did my research as to which estate agents to use as I had heard lots of horror stories, Reeds rains was one of the top rated with really good reviews so we went with them to sell our house. My husband and I had been in our house for almost 25 years so were very new to dealing with estate agents. We are so pleased that we went with Reeds rains in Rotherham and would highly recommend them to everyone. Nicola was absolutely brilliant as were the other girls in the office. Nicola gave us regular updates during the marketing and selling process and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and to offer reassurrance. If we ever needed an estate agents in future we would go straight with Reeds rains. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you Nicola and crew!

21st Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

9th May 2024 (24 days ago)Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Janet was the link who kept us up to date with every step of the way, regarding viewings and ongoing progress with solicitors etc. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. Louise kept us informed of progress with the continuing chain complications. Highly recommend them.

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
