From the start of communication right up to picking up the keys, Poppy made sure that we were kept up to date and was always very prompt with her responses if we had any questions. Flat was in great condition upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!

She managed to find what I was looking for in a short time (top floor flats, reasonable service charge and long lease) and really went the extra mile with making the most of our time with multiple viewings with a smile:) Even though my circumstances changed and I no longer need to view flats, I highly recommend Samantha as an agent to find your dream property!
3rd Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Kenton Estate Agents have recently dealt with the sale of my property, for a small independent company they dealt with it perfectly. The sale of the property had a very intricate and sensitive matter attached. This was not a cut and dry house sale for Kenton to deal with whatsoever. Kelly Watling dealt with this matter with Professionalism, Integrity, Impartiality and most of all was the backbone in making the entire process very smooth from start to finish. Kelly was extremely informative, transparent and supportive throughout. A very trustworthy Agent which I would highly recommend!

My husband & I were in the process of buying a house through John Payne, dealing with Daniel, who failed to respond to emails, read emails & aid the progression of the house sale. They also failed to disclose that the house had subsidence until our solicitor got involved. My advice is buyers beware!

26th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)This was my husband and I's first experience looking for property in the UK. The agency has been so communicative, accessible, kind and prompt to respond. I have been in contact with a lovely women in their office and a different man met me at the property, gave me the keys and offered to walk me through the unit and he answered all of my questions. We worked with Sam Hawkins and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional but also really friendly, easy to talk to and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all which I find to be so rare. Sam was honest and knowledgeable regarding all parts of the unit and property, and he answered all of my million questions. Thank you!

As a tenant, the team are impossible to get a hold of by phone. They never call back when a call back is arranged and never keep to their word. Email communication is ignored. Only way to get a proper response is to threaten legal action on required works months after logging. Would not recommend to anyone and won’t be dealing with this company again in future.

If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

Nathaniel was always available to talk with his good nature and attitude at all times. Reducing some of the inevitable stress that comes with moving was what I hoped and Nathaniel and John Payne Estate Agents delivered on that.
26th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)FalsePenny’s After the viewing they don’t care about you anymore. I had a LOT of problems and headaches because of this agency, the worst of London (from a the main door broken, the shower not working, cold and noise coming from a broken window, not this being out fault but having to deal with because the agency wouldn’t help us) do not trust them when they say they will help, I was desperate uncountable times and had bad anxiety. Our last problem was the deposit, they wanted to keep most part of it and leave us with nothing, we needed to ask for a external check and we won the case, the agency was just trying to keep our money. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY.

They were always on hand to help, professional, very proactive and a pleasure to deal with. They are by far the best estate agents around and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
