Their eye for detail when taking the advertising photographs and the research they put into the writing of the property description were second to none. Leah and the rest of the staff in the office were always on the end of the phone when needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. 9th May 2024 (11 days ago)Bad Management, will make the landlord suffer to get their monthly rent paid by tenants by holding it in their bank account by making excuses, we made a big mistake of handing over our Brand new house to these estate agency, who are money mongers, will not respond to your calls, very expensive, told one price when we handed over the keys and almost took the entire month rent and even month additional charges for doing nothing and when we gave notice, kept holding our monthly rents, when we have to pay our mortgage, bills associated with the property, such a big no no to these unorganised, unprofessional, money mongers!! There are online Estate agents who are far better then these so called your move Estate agents who will not charge such a hefty charges and even make EPC free of charge, will do entire maintenance work of the property and will pay you monthly Rent for the term agreed, and there are no conditions, I will advise all landlord to approach those online estate agents rather then falling prey for such irresponsible Property management your move estate agents. Such Estate agents don’t even deserve single star.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. If we are ever in the market for another house (hopefully not, as my wife has promised), I would have no hesitation in calling Savills......10/10

4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Absolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.

28th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Any queries and problems were dealt with promptly and sympathetically. We would highly recommend H&H Land Estates Carlisle.
17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

She provided a valuation that right for us and allowed us to generate a good amount of interest from the moment we went to the market. She took time to chat to my mother who we were acting her behalf and joined evening family meetings to advise on next steps. She was always available and helpful and communicated very well. She found the perfect buyer for our house and was crucial in getting everyone through to completion.

I live in the US, so much of the communication had to happen via WhatsApp, but that went fine - Mark was always quick to respond and clear about all the details.
