   Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!... Read more

    Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?... Read more
