29th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Really rude staff on the phone. Property has a for sale board outside which I called to enquire about. For sale board has been there for a few weeks now, but no advertisement on the website or any of the property search engines. Called to enquire and was advised this property is not for sale at the moment due to missing paperwork. I politely advised that this is misleading and to feedback that the sale board should be removed if the property is not for sale. Agent on the phone said thank you for your feedback, did not let me continue and disconnected the call. Happy to take money but clearly not happy to take some constructive feedback.
30th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Beware of Booking Property Viewings with Your Move If you're considering booking a property viewing with Your Move, you might want to think twice. My experience with them left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I expressed interest, I was bombarded with calls, voicemails, and rude emails. What's worse, when I voiced my displeasure, I received even more disrespectful communication, including threats to archive my contact details. Shockingly, this behavior came from the branch manager herself. It's not only upsetting but also baffling how such unprofessionalism can exist in the real estate industry. Ultimately, this aggressive approach is driving potential buyers away, leading to a significant loss in sales for them. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with Your Move.

Due to his professionalism I finally have a place to call my home.- 28th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)It's been over 1 month since our tenancy agreement ended and still not received our deposit. Did not offer any true updates throughout, we have been told a few times that a refund has been processed but it hadn't, your staff where lying to me on the phone just to get rid of me. Called the landlord, he said you only contacted him in regards to our deposit last Friday, nearly a month after our tenancy ended. I thought a deposit was meant to be refunded within 10 days after the tenancy ended.
- 22nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.
7th May 2024 (3 days ago)Worst / Waste of time agents stupid people work here- 6th May 2024 (4 days ago)Asked Martin and Dan several times to call back but didn’t , this despite getting offer for sale of property , use cowboy mates local electrical installer , advertised rental at actual half rate of actual rental despite several emails , get attitude when calling , want monies upfront for any remedial work , still no call from Martin the sales manager , normal no care profit interested only organisation .

6th May 2024 (4 days ago)SO glad I chose Next Place. From start to finish everyone was totally 'on it' to give me sound advice on pricing (thanks Anton and Luke for listening to what my priorities were), get my house photographed and marketed (thanks Luke - very impressive), liaise with my tenant for viewings in a really considerate way, then manage offers (thanks Holly). Extra praise goes to the crack pair of sales progression ladies Abby and Nicola who kept me updated every few days throughout and chivvied solicitors etc so that the sale went through in record time. It's often the sales progression part that gets stressful as it drags on but not here. I've never had a less stressful property experience - I can't recommend them highly enough. Good work :-)

We were given ample of time to view the property and Jay was happy to answer all our questions. We made an offer on the property which was accepted and Jay has continued to support us throughout the process. Jay has kept us up to date and has communicated daily to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Jay is a very professional agent and has been brilliant. We would highly recommend Maison Estates!
12th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
