23rd Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Max the progresser for the changeove of tenants stuck his big ore in and cost me £220 money, not happy in slightest, I have 2 properties with Chesterton's and I will be taking my business elsewhere unless I get this refunded from the estate agent company

They maintained excellent communication during the entire process and were incredibly supportive in helping us settle into our property. We feel very fortunate to have been able to find our rental property with them, especially in contrast to some other agencies we encountered in London. We absolutely love our new home which we wouldn't have found without the help of Sam.

Ultimately James "won the prize" however it has been a pleasure at all times dealing with both of them. They have been polite, considerate, and good at keeping us up to date on everything; and James was especially good at pushing through on our completion date and keeping us posted on the progress. I can highly recommend them.

The were transparent and open about discussions and feedback from the outset. I received a telephone call almost daily giving me an update on the viewings of the previous day and the feedback provided by interested parties. The online platform is easy to use and you can keep up to date with feedback and potential viewings. The service I received was not corporate in fashion; it felt bespoke, and I often joked with the team that it very much felt the whole of Foxtons was working solely for my flat. I thank the whole team, but a special thank you to Anne, Antony, Bronwyn, Kieran and Mohsen. There are many estate agents across the Marylebone and Mayfair area; if it is a personal and bespoke service you require, then I strongly recommend Foxtons.

I cannot put in words how incredible it was with him guiding us through a difficult and bumpy ride. He was always at the end of the phone. Just fantastic.

20th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Had a property viewing booked well in advance for today at 2.30 with Hulya Baillie. I was running 5 minutes late and informed the agency. They said it was fine and she will wait. Arrived there and waited 25 minutes, no one showed up. Called the office and they just kept saying to wait and that they couldn't get through to the team who does the viewings. No one ever showed. Wasted my time completely and I travelled half an hour to get here and paid a bus journey. I am a hard working teacher who doesn't get free time easily so this was very frustrating. Will not be dealing with this unprofessional agency again.

They gave a house to someone even I am ready to pay the deposit . Worst communication. They should give a proper communication. Then only they can keep the peoples.
29th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.
