I thought it was a done deal, instead, they showed the property to someone else who has now allegedly made a higher offer. Be very mindful, however, whether is this or another agency they're all the same. If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

Top-notch tenant going back to US afer a tenancy of just under 3 years, and another American moving in the next day. Their contacts through their corporate relocation service are excellent. Very sensible weekly update conversations during the advertising/viewing process. Update: Jonathan has been a tower of strength in my difficult sale - firstly in advising me to wait whilst all the cladding was sorted and then through a protracted sale. So I recommend them for selling as well as letting - I originally posted 4 years ago and they still let my other flat, again to a top-notch tenant.
30th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Very bad service. They are liars. When you get in their property once you're are screwed as they don't respond to any of your calls afterwards. Two of their employees named abul & yen were very misbehaving. They don't know how to talk to their clients. So all in all, they are no good. Would never deal with them ever again.

Had the pleasure to speak to Daniella Who has been by far the best Agent that I have spoken to during my property search. She effortlessly asked me all the right questions, took a keen interest in my search and helped me arrange the needful. After all of this she mentioned shes actually in Sales and not in Lettings. That didnt stop her providing a great service! Regardless of sales or lettings I would definitely recommend contacting Daniella!

The deposit has been refunded to the tenant but no refund was made to the landlord. Ernest brooks continually chased me for commission management which was due and refused to refund me as claimed that I owed them 2 years of management which isn't true. This is because the tenant has moved out after a year but refused to refund any of money. I would avoid this agent at all cost. There is no reason to withhold money not due to them. They refunded all the deposit to the tenant although the tenancy has not ended yet.- 23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.
