19th May 2022 (2 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

30th May 2024 (3 days ago)I have been purchasing my first flat via Global House Estates, with the able assistance of Rania. The experience has been positive from the start - swift responses to viewing requests or queries, good info provided and clear and regular communication throughout. Rania has definitely gone above and beyond what I imagined may be the role of an estate agent in a sale, including and especially after my offer was accepted. She seems to be juggling her multiple obligations really well to keep all parties happy - vendor, me and by extension, GHE! I am happy to have had Rania's involvement in what is a very anxiety-ridden process, particularly for a first time buyer! My occasional contact with others at GHE was also positive.
24th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

31st May 2024 (2 days ago)Alex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.

The whole Doyle team were highly professional and personable from our first meeting, right through our house sale process and in following up after. Their approach and deep knowledge of the local area and market put us at ease and gave us confidence in their ability to sell our property for a good price - without creating unrealistic expectations or false hope. Communication was excellent with regular updates and quick responses to any queries we had. We have now moved out of area but if the opportunity ever arose, we'd have no hesitation in commissioning Doyle's services again.

25th May 2024 (8 days ago)We sold our family home in Northfields and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dean came out and valued our property, talked us through the market and advised on pricing and marketing strategy - all of which proved to be spot on. We ultimately achieved multiple viewings and offers, with the property selling for above the asking price within 10 days of coming to market. Before the property went on sale, 4 members of the team came to do a detailed walk through, so that they could all talk knowledgeably about the property to potential buyers. Hulya managed our sale and was superb - always on hand and on top of what was going on. We had a reasonably long period to completion, as our onward move was delayed, and Hulya managed the interactions with the buyer clearly and transparently to ensure there were no issues. I couldn’t recommend Sargeants more highly. If you’re looking for an Estate Agent in Ealing, look no further - a great, professional and friendly team.

1st Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)We just finished working with Louise Jones and her team (primarily Michelle and Laura) on the sale of our terraced house in Chiswick. We interviewed a lot of local agencies, and we can confidently say that we really made the right decision— they were simply incredible. We were moving abroad on a tight timeline and were by no means the easiest clients; and we had quite a lot of other factors that had to be taken into account. Louise’s valuation of the house was exponentially higher than other firms and because Horton & Garton worked to identify the right kinds of buyers, we had three offers (two well over ask) within three days of being on the market. H&G treat each property as a bespoke sale and it really shows— not to mention the fact that they’re really communicative, friendly and warm people; just an all around pleasure to work with. Louise had previously set the record price for a terraced house on our street last year when she sold our neighbour's house— and now she’s broken her own record!

As a non resident Landord, I am not even in the same continent so they had to take charge of everything from the handover with the developer, to furnishing and then sourcing tenants. They went so far above and beyond the normal job description with good grace and charm. I highly recommend them.

Leslie & Co did not just manage the process professionally, but they looked after us. Every step of the process was well planned, explained and communicated, so there were no shocks or surprises. After living in our home for 33 years, with little knowledge or experience in the housing market, we were smoothly navigated through the sale process in just 4 months from meeting the fantastic team. Richard's always kept me in the loop about available properties and really understood what I was looking for. Thanks to him, I was the first to know about the flat I ended up buying. Throughout the whole purchasing process, Richard went above and beyond. He guided me and offered support even when he didn't have to. The deal took six months due to probate, but Richard's patience and encouragement never wavered. His support was invaluable during that time. Richard's outstanding customer service and genuine care for his clients deserve special recognition. His dedication and hard work are truly impressive, and I believe he deserves a promotion for his exceptional performance. 23rd May 2024 (10 days ago)Had a bad experience with Foxtons Ealing in Feb this year. I turned up to two viewings with the Agent to find that one of the properties had already been let by another agent. The tenant was physically in the property when we turned up - very awkward. Saw a second property and was rushed into making an offer to then be told that that property had also already been let by another agent when I had viewed it. Obviously, they're not very on top of their admin. I then made an offer for a different property which was accepted, paid the deposit and months rent in advance, signed the contract was given a move in date to then be told a couple of weeks before my move-in date that the landlord had pulled out. They gave me my money back quickly and were very apologetic, at least. I ended up getting a property through a different estate agent with no issues at all. Attempting to go through Foxtons turned out to be a waste of my time. I got the impression that they rush everything from advertising properties, getting potential tenants to make offers and getting landlords to accept said offers with none of the parties being 100% happy. They were very nice people but clearly not very organised/competent.
