As a representative, she appeared unprepared and directed clients to the website for property information. Despite attempts to offer guidance, her grasp of the subject matter seemed insufficient. Additionally, she often interrupted others when lacking pertinent information herself. It was evident that she was not suited for the role of selling properties, which demands a higher level of proficiency compared to managing rental properties, where her strengths may lie.

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. After 10+ years of renting with them, the last 5 years went in trying to get our property back. Breached GDPR - would not let us have our own file after SAR (reported to ICO). The tenants have destroyed our property and Easymove passing it as "normal wear and tear" pics attached to show otherwise. They failed to inspect the property from time to time to avoid the damage and allowed more than 11 people live in a 3 bedroom house without authority which we found out when we visited the property during the eviction period. I am very disappointed with the service and knowledge of laws governing letting by the agents working at this company.
