24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I’ve just used Connell’s for the sale of my house and purchase of another. They’ve been really helpful and professional throughout. In particular I’ve appreciated their excellent communication and attention to detail. I’ve had very bad experiences with other estate agents in the past (Brockenhurst were just appalling) so came to Connell’s prepared for the worst. I needn’t have worried; Bethany and Eliza have done a great job and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who wants to sell.

Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and very responsive if we left messages or emails. They worked really hard to find buyers for a slightly unusual property. I would highly recommend them.
26th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They are always so friendly and helpful and it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Julie and Nicky in particular have always been willing to go the extra mile to get things done. I would definitely recommend them.

30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE!. We have been renting a three bedroom house in Heritage Park. They never worked in our best interest which they should as the agent. Even when we stated repairs they would not get them sorted in a reasonable amount of time. The garage always flooded and there was mould and damp making it non usable yet we were still charged extortionate rent. We were not advised we could have served section 3 against the rent amount in our first six months of tenancy. For the whole tenancy we had trouble with the hot water and showers, they were never properly fixed and the LL who was not qualified kept guessing the issue therefore creating further issues. The LL was very belittling and as a woman spoke down to me. Simmons and Sons were just as bad, from the beginning they made comments on our age which is wrong and they were very rude to us on the phone. No one ever helped us and our emails were always manipulated before sending to the LL therefore creating issues that didn’t need to be made. This made our time at the property a misery as when we made them aware of issues they told us and I quote from our calls… ‘If you don’t like then leave!’ They were saying this through the tenancy therefore creating a very hostile environment and not giving us the a nice environment to live in. We also made them aware of non compliance electrical wiring that was a fire safety hazard and they refused to allow the council access and said it wasn’t like that even when I have photographic evidence. The fact an estate agency like this is allowed to treat tenants like this is terrible and inhumane. When I disputed the deposit they claimed for everything and manipulated things to suit them. The LL did all the painting and stuff in the property and yet at the end we were charged for the dodgy paintwork and repairs he did! We weren't allowed to get the property recleaned on the discrepancies as instead they just give you a £240 bill! WORST LETTINGS DEPARTMENT EVER!

He offered great advice, using different sales and pricing strategies to get us the very best deal for our complex sale. The commitment and determination to find us the right buyer was unmatched and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
