4th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

27th May 2024 (6 days ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!

Two people I knew in this company Vicky and Daniela these two ladies are so jim in there work.. during my Initial paperwork on letting process vickey was handing it she did so clean and perfect handover to me .I didn’t had any follow-up with them there were at the right time..???? days passed.. during my property handover I was working with Daniela another pillar of corbyn & co.. I felt like I’m speaking to my sister and I shared all my hard times to her however they understand the customer issue and resolve the same, again it was very clean and very Professional handover for the property . Once again very good letting again god bless you team ???????? ..

12th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Homes are lovely and the setting is wonderful but they are let down by their poor customer service. Emails go weeks without response and issues aren't resolved. 9 months we've been waiting for a replacement door. We've already had one winter where it let out warm air. 3 months we've been waiting for two windows be fixed. I've had a builder tell me an issue with my driveway was my fault because I bought a house on a slope (we bought off plan). Thakeham do not have the 5* customer service they promote. They claim on their billboards to have completed a shop and Community Hub. It's still a shell of a building. They also claim to have invested in sports facilities, no idea what these are. I would avoid if you can.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Constantly on hand and applying pressure to all sides making sure our purchase went through in just 8 weeks. Overall a highly recommended local agent that knows how to market a property and keeps a sale on track - great work Steve !
