He was on it the whole way through, chasing all parties to get things done and to progress all our goals. Not easy when you're juggling so many stakeholders. He was a proper quarterback, which is what you need as a buyer. Plus he was an absolute pleasure to work with. A firm recommend for "Oliver Optimus" and the firm !

It is not always easy to build a relationship in between a tenant and landlord. Therefore, I can definitely recommend to work with Connells Redhill team for a rental property management as a thirdparty to make everything easier to manage.

20th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)LOW INTEGRITY AGENTS POOR SERVICE DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. Get everything in WRITING. They WILL LIE, and cheat you anytime they can. We rented a 4 bedroom house in Guildford through Bourne Estate Agents, for a two year lease, and were verbally told the garage was included. We were surprised to find out on check-in, that the garage was not included. Our agent, Katherine, LIED TO THE LANDLORD, saying that they negotiated a lower rent with us in exchange for excluding the garage from the Agreement. This is entirely false – there was never any discussion with us about a lower rent contingent on excluding the garage access. They just slipped it into the Agreement, and we sadly did not see it there, when signing. We also caught them lying on other points. We spoke with our agent, Katherine, one week before, and asked to move our check-in day from Monday to Tuesday. When Monday came, the agent lied to the landlord saying we just didn't show up. As a result, there was no plan to meet us at the property to check us in on Tuesday, and we had to fight to get someone to bring the keys on moving day, and let us into our new house! To top it off, they stopped answering my calls after I emailed them to complain about the issues. I will be reporting Bourne to the estate agent ombudsman, and will update this review as more information is available.

27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Couldn't be happier with the excellent and beyond duty attention received from Margot as we presented a specially challenging situation to her. We went to Guildford for only 6 months and needed a short term rental that also could accept our temporary status as 'tourists' - me and my wife are from Brazil and had to come back after this period, so finding a place that could check all our requirements was really difficult. And we had to do that remotely from our country (I've never set foot in England before). But Miss Margot not only was incredibly supportive and friendly, but extremely helpful, negotiating with the landlords and keeping ing us informed in all the process, making us to understand all the local requirements. She even made a live view broadcast to show us the properties that we liked the most. And, I must emphasize that we have tried several other state agencies in the Surrey area but most were totally dismissive when we presented our challenges. We even managed to make friends with another couple that Margot helped in last year, that were in a situation just like ours, thanks to her. Reading other reviews from Foxton's, it seems that most people get a very good service from them, but what we've got from Miss Margot was nothing short of exceptional.

During the entire process we had excellent contact and advice from Clive Gee, Seymours progressor, and were grateful for that . Thanks also to Jasper Cox. We certainly would recommend Seymours.
7th May 2024 (12 days ago)We started looking for a house in Woking at the beginning of the year and we were lucky to quickly find one marketed by Curchods. We met Ellyshia for the first viewing and she was very helpful and smiling, answering all of our questions. We made an offer soon after and we have recently exchanged. Throughout the process, Ellyshia kept us updated of how the seller is progressing, as well as helping us navigate everything and her prompt responses to our emails certainly made a difference. We are grateful for her hard work and professionalism.

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.

They sold our house and helped enormously with finding a short term let when our house purchase was delayed. They are a friendly and highly professional team.
