Being a first timer with no clue and lots of worries, Liz went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and cared for, always having time for us and helping in anyway she could. 19th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I would not recommend this agent due to a lack of contact with any progress on my property and not any acting upon any of my recommendations or instructions. There was no service and ended my contract prior to the expiry day with no fees because of their poor service. AVOID!
15th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Terrible, wanted to enquire about some properties , guy from other side picked up my call like he’s just woke up from sleep, couldn’t answer any of my questions, wasted my time , glad I’ve never asked them to advertise any of my properties, lack of professionalism, lack of property knowledge, please try to avoid this agent, you won’t go much further with them.

Only wanted to show people round on Sundays and let someone use my toilet and leave a mess and dirt through my home. Would t recommend to anyone had to change to a different agent who were fantastic.

Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service. Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Other than a very polite young man named Will Tapley, who is a credit to his role and is aIot better than the company he his working for, i have nothing but bad things to report unfortunately from pridea lettings. Moving into the property was simple enough, but a broken window on the property was never fixed despite many requests. Moving out of the property if you are not present for the inventory they will take a lot of money from your deposit. Cleaned the house, deep cleaned the appliances and still charged an extortionate amount for cleaning and repairs, which when pressed on they could not produce invoice reports to back up their claims. Strongly recommend you avoid this company.
29th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)As I can't reply to your reply I'll write another I was told 10 minutes late then the turn up past 11 I've no need to lie about the shocking service I received I offer you five hundred advance you wanted 3 months advance of three months deposit then almost 500 extra for your own charges, service was horrendous customer service skills was non existent yet you reply like I'm in the wrong the place is a joke let's hope everyone reads your other people reviews before using such a shocking service provider just goes to show anyone can open a business and call themselves professionals isn't it your review score says it all where as my business reviews are 5* but yeah I'm making it up about the horrendous service you lot provide

24th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Really wouldn’t recommend. I contacted them to inform them of my interest in a property which had only just been put up. When I rang them I was told to call back on the Monday, days later on Monday I called and was then told I would receive a call back later on with information regarding viewing availability and an application. Never received a single call. I then sent an email and called again and was purposefully ignored. I went to call again the next day but when I looked online they’d removed the property. Zero communication and a really unprofessional company.

There were a few problems at the lower end of the chain (no fault of Logic) but they kept me well informed & they were professional & did their very best throughout. Will certainly use them again.
