17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I received a last-minute request for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before selling my property, but I didn't know where to turn. Thankfully, I called Carly at BRH Property and she came to my aid. Carly provided everything I needed via email and we set up an appointment for the inspection. To my surprise, I received the certificate on the same day as the inspection. The service I received was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BRH Property for their great customer service. Thank you once again Carly

Theresa was an absolute star and nothing was to much trouble. She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.

11th May 2024 (8 days ago)My daughter and son in law were unlucky enough to have dealings with these people and have ended their tenancy paying what in my view are extortionate fees to the landlords, who it seems are looking for every possible excuse to retain my daughters deposit. Equally they have insisted on charging my daughter rent for periods in which she was not in occupancy as she helpfully found alternative accommodation when the landlords demanded they vacate at short notice, despite having a child under 4 in the house.

Sold newly built houses , Sold renovated properties Manage a very large property portfolio for me. (also can arrange repairs carried out at reasonable costs too)

30th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Telephoned this Estate Agents to enquire about an apartment they had sold previously , to be told they had no paper or electronic proof on file . Very poor service especially if you have any issues with the sale later . My conclusion would be to use a more efficient agent to sell or buy property .
