16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

8th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.
27th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Their terms are very unclear and charge you regardless of whether they sell your property or not! Terrible service, they didn’t “actively market” the property which resulted in a minimal amount of views for a very fairly priced property. I highly recommend to avoid this business at all costs!

2nd Feb 2024 (17 weeks ago)I set the team a very hard challenge and they delivered. Throughout all the time it took to sell my house, the team kept me informed on what was going on. They were very helpful, approachable and easy to work with. An A1 service and team and would happily use them again.

1st Feb 2024 (17 weeks ago)West Wales properties went above and beyond to sell two properties for me in Carmarthen. They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.

At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.

He even helped us to source our next home. Our house was marketed to such a high standard that it sold within a week. The photos and drone videos were amazing.
