12th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
8th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.

21st Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Ellie and Elliot were really rather sweet, patient and accommodating with me, a first time buyer, who also changed solicitor and mortgage broker early doors in the process.
12th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Just a generally poor experience buying a new build. They didn’t pass on vital information that meant, due to building delays, we will spend nearly £8000 more on our mortgage over the course of the 5 year fix. They never apologised or acknowledged their error and continued pressurising us to exchange when they knew of the delay and the issues it had caused us. They also continued to repeatedly send me details for random houses I “might be interested in” which were way over budget. They called me half a dozen times as “we know you are looking for a property” and were always shocked when I informed them we had exchanged on one of theirs! Having also had a poor experience with a previous sale that fell through with Cardigan branch I would honestly never use John Francis again as they just stank of incompetence.
26th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Terrible service from Jane Beynon. Have decided to go to west wales because of how rude and ignorant she is. Have never been treated like this from any other John Francis before. Terrible.

14th May 2024 (5 days ago)Very good service from all the staff especially Ellie who was dealing with our sale.Always responded to our calls and e mails and on occasion had to tolerate my frustration with the whole process.Her colleagues Sarah and Taylor always relayed any messages/info if Ellie was unavailable. 30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Well, basically told things by the senior agent which were not the fact at all and he even smirked at me when I gave him an initial offer price. Would not recommend them after our experience.
14th May 2024 (5 days ago)Anwen met us at the property and directed us where to park which was really helpful. She was friendly, thorough, and informative without giving us the pressurising 'hard sell' on the property . She also gave us plenty of time to see the house and go back to look again. All of which was really refreshing when house viewing and much appreciated. A thumbs up for Anwen????????
9th May 2024 (10 days ago)Myself and my partner have recently bought our first house through John Francis, Pembroke. The John Francis team, in-particularly Haydn and Sara, were fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns. As first time buyers, we were quite nervous about the whole process. But the team at John Francis made our first buying process a lot less stressful and a lot more enjoyable! A huge thank you to Haydn and the rest of the team for their help and support!

Helen could not have done more to help with our house purchase. She liaised with the seller and myself countless times resolving problems and even anticipating them, providing the solution before we even realised there could be a problem. The high quality service even extends after the completion of the sale. She is highly professional, cannot do enough for you and always with patience and a good sense of humour which you need to keep hold of when moving home. I would recommend West Wales Properties for buying or selling without reservation.

22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Having become a bit disillusioned with estate agents in Wales after trying to buy a property for a year, Cardigan Bay Properties were a breath of fresh air. They were keen to do viewings, they had all the relevant information about the properties and they were lovely to deal with. Once we'd made an offer, they followed up and facilitated the whole buying process so that it went smoothly. Hopefully we won't move house again for a long time but when we do, we wouldn't even consider using anyone but Cardigan Bay Properties to sell our house.
