12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I have been very impressed by James's diligence, efficiency, hard work and courtesy when selling our home for us. We were very happy that the buyers also then put their trust in James for selling their home, making the process smooth, and seamless with James 'at the helm' . He was then chasing three lots of solicitors , and other parties and certainly kept us up to date and informed with what we needed to know at every stage. (whilst professionally maintaining confidentiality for the other involved parties). James made himself available to answer any emails, texts and phone calls as needed, very quickly. Other Acquire staff were also on hand to help if occasionally needed, and messages between staff were passed on seamlessly. Overall, probably the best experience we have had with different Estate agents , over the years. We hope that the excellent service that we have received is noted by management. Thank you , James. Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

1st Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Firstly I’d like to say this is my 2nd time using haybrooks at crystal peaks , i had such a smooth and easy experience buying of them the first time I decided to use the best for the sale of this house ! Rachel .... wow amazing ! I messaged her on the Saturday she came and did the pics on the Sunday and on the market the Monday ... the advertising was amazing and we had so much interest based on the fantasise marketing Rachel did .. moving on the Haley ,, what a star , she was amazing at organising all the viewing we had booked in and kept me calm when I thought it was all getting a bit crazy ! She held my hand when I needed it and kept me on track with all the 2nd viewings .. we sold in 4 days and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it with out her !! Shes such a warm and friendly person but so professional with the way she conducts herself And just puts you at ease , nothing is to much for her and I’m so grateful for everything she has done and still is doing for us ?? Thanks for everything ladies xx Rebecca
6th May 2024 (13 days ago)Lovely clean hotel and excellent staff. As a very light sleeper, I requested a 'quiet top floor ( no noise from above! ) room, at 'the back' - unfortunately this was opposite the service lift, and at the side of the guest lift, and 'marble' stair case up to the 6 th floor rooms at the front and side, one of the sun decks, and the roof top pool, so on a very busy through route, and lots of noise from very early 'till after midnight. After very 4 nights of little or no sleep ( I did my best each night, before it caught up with me! - I mentioned it to reception, on our way out to visit our Maltese friends, that the 'quiet room' was the opposite, for future reference to other quests. I washed unexpectedly told I could move rooms, at 2 pm - if we could vacate the current room immediately - as I mentioned, we had arranged to be picked up by our Friends in 15 minutes, but after a short delay, we were told we could view the new room now, and it would be made available straight away. We agreed to this and in 15 minutes we had packed and vacated the 5th floor room, and put our cases in the new 2 nd floor room! In time to meet our friends! Although the new room was only on the second floor, and facing the main road, it was next to the end of the corridor ( so no people passing), and the road was very quiet after around midnight - so 3 great nights sleep followed - fantastic customer service . We are regular visitors to Malta to visit our Maltese friends in Mgarr, and Melliha, and after try various hotels in the past, we were looking for a centrally based hotel we could use on every visit ( the Santana fits this criteria, also being a 5 minutes walk to the bus station - with busses to all over Malta, and even the ferry to Gozo! All-in-all ( after a misunderstanding of their ' quiet rooms' ( which was professionally and promptly rectified after I had made the problem known to them) the Santana and it's staff are highly recommended, and we will indeed use it a again,- probably on every visit to Malta - once or twice a year, every other year - ( and hopefully it's outdoor pool later in the season, ( the indoor pool near the dining room was nice and warm in April ( and the food was excellent in every respect too! Well Done the Santana Staff ??????????????
