On the day of moving in there were some complications, through no fault of connells, however Dan, Hobbie and Chloe worked tirelessly to sort it! Very happy with them.

They are readily available throughout the process, helpful, good communication and very organised but also provide a personal service. They made the whole process as simple and seamless as it could be.

We never felt worried to pick up the phone and ask questions and they always replied to emails the same day. They were aware of our time difference and always called at times that suited us. They were honest, straightforward and always friendly. We felt like their main priority at all times and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

It never seemed to be a problem for her and her can do attitude made everything for us a lot easier and smoother. Very professional and highly capable of doing her job for which we are grateful. 15th May 2024 (5 days ago)I wanted to take the time to thank every one at sparks Ellison for the sale and purchase on our perfect home ! Our journey started with Chris who came out and valued our property . His knowledge and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed , and more importantly his patience , understanding that family comes first - allowing me time to meet the needs of my young children during the valuation . Next we met Frazier - Frazier has been incredible going above and beyond at every stage . Wether that be house viewings - allowing plenty of time for myself and husband to look around. His knowledge of every property we viewed was outstanding ,he really took the time to understand our priorities (schools- outdoor space )with our search . And of course that led to him finding our perfect home !!!!! He kept us updated with every viewing we had on our house . Like I said previously he just went above and beyond in every way - we can’t thank him enough . Everyone says that selling/ buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will do ….. however this couldn’t be further from the truth !!! The whole process was seamless - it felt like it happened with out me or my husband having to lift a finger . I could go on on ….. however I will leave it there with a huge thank you !!!!!!

It's been a long search to finally find a perfect location for us. Beals has always provided us information to new available place that is within our preference. Muhammad Hussain, one of their agents has been very approcheable and patient. His response to queries are timely and has been very polite in communicating with us. Very helpful to first time tenants who has very little idea with the tenancy process.

They are very good communicators, and have responded to any issues that have arisen promptly and effectively. Would highly recommend to any tenant looking to rent in the local area to use Tom and the team at Pococks.

19th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.
