1st Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Arranged to view and flat with this estate agent. Called just before setting off on the hour journey to confirm it was still going ahead, they confirmed it was. Get to the property and no one turns up. Call them and they say it has been sold and emails were sent. A huge waste of time and money having booked time off work. Surely worth a phone call to tell me it had been cancelled after they had confirmed just an hour before that it would go ahead?

Kelly Ramsden handled the offer on my property and my onward purchase, nothing is too much to ask, she got back to me almost instantly. The photographer mollie was superb and very professional. Michelle was brilliant on the viewing and very professional.

5th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.

Ciara & the team always kept me updated & communicated with me when my side was getting absolutely nothing from buyers solicitors. They fought my corner & im not sure what i would have done without them! Thank you!

I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. 18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
