   We appointed Chestertons after a personal recommendation from friends with whom they sold their property. We had already had a very negative experience with one of Islington's most famous Estate Agents (they know who they are!) and so terminated that contract and went to Scott and his team at Chestertons instead. It was a breath of fresh air with a totally managed service, excellent sales team and regular feedback and communication. It was the opposite approach to the previous agency and one which was successful at selling our house at asking- price. Guy found the perfect Buyer after many client viewings and their persistence and self-assurance maintained our confidence throughout the process (which is stressful enough anyway). Not once did Scott even consider reducing the price of our house as it had been priced properly in the first place, whereas the previous lot simply wanted to keep dropping the valuation until someone offered! We are grateful to Scott, Guy and the other members of the team at Chestertons; they got the job done!... Read more

   Found Inner City Estate's performance disappointing. Ms. Lenka from Inner City Estate lacked expertise in property sales. As a representative, she appeared unprepared and directed clients to the website for property information. Despite attempts to offer guidance, her grasp of the subject matter seemed insufficient. Additionally, she often interrupted others when lacking pertinent information herself. It was evident that she was not suited for the role of selling properties, which demands a higher level of proficiency compared to managing rental properties, where her strengths may lie....    Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?... Read more
