2nd Jan 2024 (22 weeks ago)From an initial flurry of activity with adding the product to their listings and organising the marketing things drifted, communication got less and less. Whilst the economy is difficult I expected more.

3rd Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use

David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I would also like to mention David’s wife, Christine, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all follow up enquiries, constantly keeping in touch with us from start to finish and is a great source of moral support. She is as dedicated as David, and they make a formidable team! I cannot recommend them highly enough Thanks Dave and Christine! ????????

Total professionalism and a sale agreed within 3 weeks. A great family business to deal with and not forgetting Christine who did the viewings and Sharon the senior sales manager , great correspondence every step of the way. No hesitation in recommending 100%

24th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Feels like giving them 1 star is too much! Shambolic from beginning to end. Firstly they agreed a sale to someone who had no proof of funds and was actually a deal sourcer (someone who makes money off of selling the property to an investor without the estate agents knowing, basically trying to sell it for a fee) Then we had a sale agreed but found property was unmortgageable which obviously wasn't their fault, however due to this we made a counter offer which took 3 weeks for them to reply, also not their fault you would think. However we found that they were holding our offer off as long as possible making stories up so they could try and find a better offer and they then proceeded to put it back on the market. All we would have needed was the truth. Then a couple of weeks later (last Friday) they told us they now was happy to accept our offer, so we immediately got our broker and spent yet more money in fees to get the purchase, only for them to tell us this morning (Tuesday) that they had accepted another offer and the property was no longer on the market. We are property investors, and have purchased many properties but never ever have we come across a company that's so amateur and due to their incompetence and lying it has cost us thousands of pounds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

11th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Stephensons hosted all the viewings for our house sale which was very helpful as we could not be there to host any potential buyers. I'd say that Stephensons did work hard to sell the house.
