Discriminatory
Phoned up wanting to view a property only to be informed that as one of the prospective tenants was on benefits that a guarantor was required, irrespective of any other information ie age or rental history or even type of benefit.
They tar all benefits claimants with the same brush.
I understand the need for a guarantor but to require one based on one single criteria is discrimination.

In my experience the manager and his team are accessible, experienced, knowledgeable and supportive. They respond in a timely manner to queries and are prepared to spend time talking through the most effective way forward when selling your property. They listen as well as provide guidance.

Property up for an advertised price, seems that’s not the case, very disappointed when I was keen to to buy. Seems like they are playing developers against those purchasing new builds!! Very disappointing tells lies about bidding wars. Those in Coundon should be wary tbh developers making money from your house re new builds,, shocking way to treat sellers!!!

Reeds Rains recently took over the management of my property. Phil, the letting agent, is a consummate professional. He made sure that my property was fully compliant with all laws and regulations. He recommended, and arranged, inspections and ensured that the property had all of the appropriate certification. He visited my tenants and introduced himself to them so that they felt comfortable and reassured that they were dealing with someone who had their best interests at heart. He always responds quickly to my enquiries and provides me with clear advice and recommendations. This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were
Professional and personable and I felt we actually became friends - almost ! Highly recommend

My experience was with Janine Robinson who valued my home. She was friendly, open, trustworthy and just an all round lovely person. She spent extra time with me and didn't rush the process. She answered all the questions I had and gave me real confidence in her for when the time comes to sell my property. Due to finances it doesn't look like right now but she'll certainly be my first choice when it does come around. Thank you so much Janine. All the best. I highly recommend her!
